Situada en una zona residencial cerca del pueblo de Llucmajor y de S\\u2019Arenal, en la urbanizaci\\u00f3n \\u2019Badia Blava\\u2019. La urbanizaci\\u00f3n es tranquila, hay gente local en el vecindario viviendo todo el a\\u00f1o. Peque\\u00f1o centro comercial cerca. En los alrededores hay banco, farmacia, supermercado, bar y restaurante, panader\\u00eda\\u2026
\\nA un tranquilo paseo encontramos vistas panor\\u00e1micas de la Bah\\u00eda de Palma en el acantilado, perfectamente acomodado para descender a pie o en coche. Zona para el buceo y para disfrutar de la hermosa puesta de sol. A 2 minutos en coche est\\u00e1 el Golf Maioris .El Marriott Golf & Spa Resort se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche.<\\\/p>\\n
Esta zona de Mallorca es muy popular entre los ciclistas, la casa est\\u00e1 situada muy cerca de las principales rutas ciclo tur\\u00edsticas del termino de Llucmajor.
\\nPr\\u00f3xima a la ciudad de Palma, tan solo a 20 minutos con coche. Lo m\\u00e1s destacado de esta localidad es su costa, que var\\u00eda a lo largo de sus 35 kil\\u00f3metros. En S\\u2019 Arenal, que es una continuaci\\u00f3n de la Playa de Palma, la costa es una gran playa de arena, pero m\\u00e1s hacia el oeste se vuelve abrupta, en primer lugar es rocosa con acantilados. El m\\u00e1s grande se encuentran sobre todo en Cabo Enderrocat. Esta es una regi\\u00f3n verdaderamente espectacular que ofrece excelentes vistas sobre el mar. El punto m\\u00e1s alto es el faro de Cabo Blanco con cerca de 90 metros del nivel del mar. Al llegar a S\\u2019Estanyol la arena una vez m\\u00e1s se hace cargo del paisaje en forma de grandes playas, a destacar \\u2019Es Trenc\\u2019 Hermosa playa virgen dicen que una de los mejores de la Isla.
