WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

FOR WHAT, WHY, AND HOW LONG DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

There is no obligation to have a Data Protection Officer in accordance with Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. At Freedays Mallorca, we process the information you provide us with in order to provide the services and/or sell the products contracted by you through our website and manage the sending of information and commercial prospecting. In order to offer you services according to your interests, we will create a commercial profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.

Your data may be used for the following purposes:

  • Providing the products and services you request: we use your information to provide the services you have requested from us.
  • Contacting you in case of changes to the contracted service: we send communications about the services you have requested and any changes to those services. These communications are not for commercial purposes, and there is no option to stop receiving them.
