The communication with Mercè was great, in case of questions she always responded very quickly. The apartment was exactly like on the pictures. The highlight for me was the balcony with the beautiful view. It‘s the perfect spot to enjoy the sun and relax 🙂 It‘s quiet but close to the city centre of Palma, by bus it only takes around 10-15 minutes. I also liked the walks from the port to the centre. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay here!

A great studio apartment overlooking a quiet inland harbour area. 15 minutes walk to the Porto Pi shopping centre with buses into Palma centre or local beaches for €2 each journey. Mercè met me in person on arrival and was responsive and helpful about any issues or local advice.

We loved this apartment. The location was fantastic with lovely views from the balcony over the marina. It was easy to travel by No 4 bus into the city or the other way out to the beaches. Worth getting the prepaid card for 10 journeys on the bus. Very good value.The apartment was spacious and clean and communication with the hosts very good. We had a minor problem with the bathroom door and it was sorted out straightaway. Would thoroughly recommend.

El lugar es excelente, tanto como la seguridad y la ubicacion, incluso supera a lo que esperaba. Tienes transporte para todos lados, y estas cerca de muchos bares y restaurantes.El wifi funciona muy bien ya que es una de las herramientas de trabajo. Hubo algun problemita de comunicacion respecto a un tema particular con la host pero es una persona muy amable en general.

I had a great time in this apartment. All pictures represent very well what you get. The apartment is very clean and nicely set up. So definitely a clear recommendation.

Studio parfait, avec vu extraordinaire.Très près du bus local ( 2 mns à pieds) et 11 minutes à pieds pour aller au centre commercial Porto Pi. Il y a un Carrefour au sous-sol (gros marché d’ alimentation).Je le recommande.À reserver à l’ avance car très prisé!

Great apartment in a nice location at Ca'n Barbara. Sunny balcony on 1st floor with a nice open view of the small boat harbour.I stayed alone for a project in the harbour and the apartment served as an easy and comfortable home!Kitchen is well equipped with a nice esspresso maker and an induction 2 pits stove. It was great for me to make breakfast and dinner!The communication with Mercè was easy and pleasant! Thank you!

Nice apartment, wonderful located and nice furnished. Everything as described there is real. I am happy that I could spend there six weeks. And Mercè and Victoria are really very nice persons!
