Information of interest and general rental conditions

“Ready-to-live”
You will find all our furnished, equipped, clean, and ready-to-arrive homes. They all have a washing machine, bath towels, bed linens, and blankets.
Wi-Fi and “Business kit”
We offer included in the rental price, Wi-Fi network without data limitation, fast and working properly. Our homes are equipped with a desk, chair, and a Surge Protection Device (SPD).
Safety
We will be attentive to answer your questions, or attend to any possible technical incidents that may arise during your stay. The homes have insurance coverage for water damage, fire, and civil liability; please note that this does not cover possible damage or theft of your belongings.
Utilities (water, electricity, and gas)
Utilities are not included in the rental price. We will take meter readings together at the beginning and end of your stay, and you will have to pay a deposit as a provision, which will be calculated taking into account the characteristics and surface area of the home, and the duration of the stay. This payment will be adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
As an approximate guide, the minimum cost with responsible usage of utilities is as follows:
1-bedroom accommodation: 140€/month*
2-bedroom accommodation: 190€/month*
3 or more bedroom accommodation: 250€/month*
*Some apartments will charge a fixed monthly rate for water or gas.
Cleaning
The final cleaning of the apartment is mandatory, and the cost will be borne by the tenant. The price is established based on the square meters and characteristics of the home. This amount will be pre-established in the budget. During your stay, we provide weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time cleanings as needed. This service is completely optional, not included in the rental rate, and must be requested at least 1 week in advance.
Economic conditions
For bookings up to 3 months of rent, it is essential to pay the total amount of the stay before key delivery.
For bookings of 3 months or more, the amount of the first 2 months must be paid before key delivery.
Subsequently, payment will be made on a monthly basis.

We will be happy to assist you and send you the quote and payment conditions.
Once the quote is accepted, we will request the necessary documents according to your tenant profile and you will be able to make the payment. Upon making the payment, you will receive the definitive booking document. Later, as the start date of your stay approaches, you will receive an email reminder of the pending amount and information regarding check-in.
Security Deposit
It is necessary to pay a security deposit which can vary between 600€ and the equivalent of 1 month’s rent, depending on the characteristics of the property and the duration of the stay. The security deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within a maximum of 15 days after the end of the contract and after verifying that the property is in good condition after the final inspection. If the property is not left in the appropriate conditions, there may be additional charges.
Check-in and Key Delivery
We will welcome you to the accommodation to hand over the keys, take meter readings together, and provide you with the necessary information to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Check-out and Key Return
You will need to leave the accommodation properly cleaned and free of garbage before 10:00 AM. We will come to the property at the agreed time to collect the keys and take meter readings to settle the payment. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation at least 45 days before check-in: 100% refund of the total amount paid, minus 5% for administrative expenses on the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation between 44 and 30 days before check-in: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied on the total amount paid.
Cancellation with less than 30 days before check-in
or once the stay has started: No refund will be issued.
You will be refunded the total amount of the reservation if we have to cancel your booking due to construction work, unforeseen problems with the properties, or any other reason attributable to Freedays.”

If you are staying for 1 to 3 months, the rent must be paid in full before key delivery. Please inquire about conditions if your stay is longer.

Autónomo y/o freelance

  • Passport/ID or NIE.
  • Last income tax return or invoices.

Stays of up to 2 months, the rent must be paid in full in advance.
For rentals of 3 to 11 months: payment will be made monthly between the 1st and 5th of each month.

Empresa

  • Company Deed and Tax ID Number of the company.
  • Passport/ID/NIE of the authorized representative.
  • Last corporate tax return.
  • Passport/ID/NIE of the guests.

For stays of up to 2 months, the rent must be paid in full in advance.
For rentals of 3 to 11 months: payment will be made monthly between the 1st and 5th of each month.”
